Our client was a fast-growing manufacturing company at the stage of defining its corporate values. Management had begun to feel that not everyone at the company was working at the same level of engagement as they used to before the company grew and were seeking to change this.

The managers reached common understanding and agreed on what measures to take to reduce the biggest differences between the existing culture and the defined values.

Not only did they implement the measures designed to boost engagement, but they also decided on a set of subsequent measures to maintain the high level over other growth periods.
