To get to the bottom of the problem we conducted studies on the organizational culture and the employee engagement. We picked the study elements so that they reflected the values defined by the company. Then we performed two types of measurement:
1) to what extent people at the company embraced the defined values and
2) to what extent those values were part of the existing culture
We assessed the engagement levels, the driving factors and the environment factors that influenced engagement. In a 2-day meeting with the company’s managers and team leaders, we reviewed the results and decided on a set of measures aimed at boosting engagement and contributing to a more successful culture management.
