We conducted a half-day workshop in which we worked with the managers to help them better understand employee engagement and the factors that had an impact on it.
We went through the principles, on which social research is based to help them overcome the scepticism towards the data derived from the conducted study. We also reviewed the structure of the methodology used as well as the specific management, HR and cultural factors that influenced the results against each of the scales in the study.
We helped each of the managers plan for specific measures based on the results from their division, department or team.
