A beverage manufacturing company needed to strengthen its production capacity working with technical experts. However, such people couldn't be found on the labour market. The strategy was to hire trainees with high potential who had to be trained internally and prepared to take over key positions.
The question was how to identify the talent among the small number of candidates with a proper education.
