The combination of a development centre providing unbiased external feedback on managers’ competencies and individual development programs would spark high motivation and engagement in participants and provide them with various and flexible learning methods.

Our development programs feature recommended e- learning courses, individual consultations and coaching, experience exchange groups where you can study real-life cases as well as group training sessions, if necessary.

If you have a group of experienced managers that others can learn from, we would assist you in setting up your own internal mentorship program. Once we have determined the goals and scope of the program, we select suitable mentors whom we train together with th  mentees so that maximum benefit is given by the former and gained by the latter in the process.
