How a European manufacturing company created its mentorship program

A big manufacturing company in Western Europe wanted to start a mentorship program in order to accelerate key people’s development and to transfer knowledge across the organization. The company needed support to make a clear decision on the scope of its mentorship program and to prepare its future mentors to ensure the role is carried out successfully.

The Results

After taking part in the training, managers defined the mentorship program and the first group of around 30 employees was enrolled in it as mentees. The program proved successful for the company and was expanded through the addition of more mentors.
